Solved how to change the original setup admin user?

ok, i have read all doc's about install DA and now its time to change the original admin user name

How or were can i find easy info how to change this into a new admin user name?

This can not be done. (Or at least I do not know of a way to do this.)

This is because:
The admin user is to DirectAdmin the same thing as root is for your Linux OS Distro.
It can not function without it.

In the past I created a new administrator user and deleted the admin user. I had no problems but I don't know if this is recommended.

I: created a new admin user, kept my original admin, suspended my original admin - works for some years now - not sure if recommended or not.

Maak als admin gewoon een nieuwe admin aan met een andere naam.
Daarna gebruik je de oude admin gewoon niet meer of je zet 'm op suspend (zou ik zelf niet doen, maar eerder heel moeilijk pass er op zetten, lijkt me veiliger dan uitschakelen) via de suspend account optie.
Daarvoor moet je dan wel eerst als die nieuwe admin ingelogd zijn. En vervolgens altijd met nieuw admin account inloggen.

Or you could:
- use the "Create Administrator" option.
- use your newly created Administrator for subsequent admin tasks.
- suspend the default Admin user.

I kept the original Admin user because at the start of my DA use I had it installed by the hosting co. that I was using and they did need a log in to assist me with some issues (long time ago now). It was a way of having the option to un-suspend Admin if I needed to give someone access to assist me and then suspend it again when they were done - not actually needed to do that since but the option is there. Like all things in life DA has a learning curve - I found it easier than the other options at the time.
