How to choose how often to make backups on server

Hello

I am new to the group. I notised the system makes a backup every day on the server. How can I adjust it to make backups like once a week?

I'm not sure what you mean, since DirectAdmin doesn't by default back up anything unless you set it up.

Are you an administrator of a server running DirectAdmin? Or a reseller of a company offering reseller accounts? Or a site-owner, client of a hosting company?

If you're a client of a hosting company? Or a reseller of a company offering reseller accounts, then you should likely contact your hosting company as they may have made some default settings.

Or if it's your server, please explain in much more detail. Specifically to which backup are you referring?

Thanks Jeff.

I am a site owner. I made a backup to the server. Now I am trying to save the backup to my PC:

I managed to add the backup file to the clipboard but how to copy it to my computer ? The text in the support file says "go to the directory where you wish to copy/move the files" How do I gain access from DirectAdmin to the drives on my PC to copy the files to. ?
