HOW TO: clamav-milter

Anybody have any idea of how to get the clamav milter to work with Exim and also to get it to log activity? Basically once it is running I would like all of the local sendmail activity virus scanned and all sendmail activity logged. I figure this will also as a byproduct help to catch any spam coming off the machines too.
