How to Create Clustred DNS server working with directadmin & whm/cpanel

Hello
after we have some Bind and kernel bug in our main directadmin server that cause all of our other servers that use our main domain NS record are goes offline ( because for nonsexist domain )
i decided to create a DNS Cluster for all of our servers that hold all our required information for a specific domain or all our our shared hosting account that we have on DA or cPanel Server

i searched alot and ended up with two option
cPanel DNS Server edition and Master2Salve
and i also read following topics

so here i am to ask professional what is the best way to create this DNS cluster that working and have all data synced with cpanel and DA server all around the world ?

please help me create this cluster and provide me with addtional information

my next step after this will be create a CDN for some of our sites so we could server visitors faster based on their location
so please consider this in your suggestion and share me your ideas about this too

In a few days we will use our new DNS cluster. We use a PowerDNS setup for it. Bind/named is the hidden master on each DirectAdmin server. On 3 other servers PowerDNS is installed too. They replicate from the PowerDNS master server. I reduced the lookup time of DNS records with half a second and it is really fast, cheap and reliable.

The PowerDNS master server is a SSD VPS so the changes can be made very fast. All servers are in different networks on different locations in the world.
