How to create multiple domain

Hi
I need to create more than 200 new domain include with

Create FTP account:
- FTP Username
- Password

Create new Database:
- Database Name
- Database Username
- Username Password

Create mail account:
- Username
- Password
- Quota

Is there any way that I can create all the domain from command line?
