how to create public_html

I am not sure I have deleted folder public_html or not but I can not see it now.
It is not a big problem because it is just starting.

But could anyone tell me how can I create folder "public_html" ?

I try to create it as the same name but it seems to be different.
the old one had a red arrow at folder but the new one doesn't have

The red arrow is just a symlink........ To recreate it, set the domain as the default domain again.
