On the new servers I enabled awstats.
That is working fine.
I am looking for some info how it is integrated with DA, when the cron runs, where it runs, what config files it uses etc. I can't find much of it.
What I would like to know is:
1) I want to enable the geoip plugin so that the countries will get visible. I can see config files in each /home/user/domain/awstats/.data directory and I can see /usr/local/awstats-6.8/wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.model.conf. If I change something in the model, will this than has effect on the already available customer ? Is the model used every night to overwrite ? If not, how should I change it ?
1a) Has anyone changed the .conf already to make the countries visible in the awstats ? Any tips ?
2) Where is the awstats cron, i can see the webalizer cron but not the awstats cron. Is it in the DA cron ?
3) I have some servers to convert from the old awstats plugin to the new situation. I have seen some threads about it and found the fix.sh(http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=221). Has anyone experience with it ? Is the old awstats history visible afer running this ?
