How to disable multiserver (DNS) from command line

I would like to disable the multiserver (DNS) setting from command line, does anyone know in which file that is done?

The background is that I have cloned a VM which still has some domains on it and multi-server enabled. I am concerned that once I bring this clone up on a new IP and install the new DA-license, it will immediately start to propagate the DNS settings (it may do nothing).

In any case, to avoid that possibility I would like to disable the multi-server set-up before DirectAdmin starts to run again.
