How to disable open relay

Now Spamer can send mail via my server that can not authenticated

There is no version of SpamBlocker that acts as an open relay. If you're using the oldest version of exim.conf, not written by me, then you're definitely running an insecure version and need to update your exim.conf file.

To keep your server from being used as an open relay you need to make sure that no domains found on your server are listed in any of the whitelists in the /etc/virtual directory.
