How to disable open_basedir

I need to disable open_basedir. Anyone knows its directory and how to disable it?

From DA CP on admin level you should have configure php safemode.

There you can enable/disable safemode and open_basedir for each domain and set the default when a domain is added.

I have no buttons to enable/disable open_base_dir and safe mode?
I have this problem with two installations (VPS and Dedicated server).

How to solve this problem?

I can confirm the above. The settings are different in my latest installation (with nginx):

I need to remove or modify the open_basedir setting for one user - where can one do that? As you can see one can tick a box but there are no actions for the selected ones. Just "With selected" without anything else.
