How to disable temp link?

Currently I can visit the website via http://ip/~username
I set a document root to /public_html/public via Custom HTTPD Configurations. But it's not work on temp link.
On /public_html, there are some credentials files such as .env. So I want to disable the temp link for the security reason.
How can I do that? Thanks.
