how to "Domains Live"

Using the MX Records link from the main DA user level screen, you delete all MX records except the one they tell you to create. Create that one if it doesn't already exist. If the box to have the server manage your email is checked, uncheck it.

Save everything.

If you don't have an MX Records link, then you need to (as admin) turn on user-level DNS control for the domain.
