How to exclude a few file types from backup?

Hello,
I want to exclude some file sorts or directories from my backups for all person accounts?
I actually have my weekly backup cron. It backups the whole lot I want that for my Website.
To make things quicker and reduce, i need to exclude tar.Gz, .Zip, .Rar and cache documents from backups.

Is there a manner to try this?

But it's now not clean approximately how to specify document format to exclude globally.

Did you try adding domains/domain.com/*.gz? Try it and let us know if it works.
