Here is the issue, we have a customer which suddenly has excessvie IMAP usage, see screenshot.
How do I check the cause for this in the log files (and what logs). I checked a few, but I couldn't find the reason.
Maybe someone can provide some instructions, where I can find the necessary information in the log files.
I am guessing the customer changed something in his email program (desktop, laptop, tablet or phone) which causes to download all messages over and over, right?
