Solved How to get more details about excessive IMAP usage?

Hi all,

Here is the issue, we have a customer which suddenly has excessvie IMAP usage, see screenshot.
How do I check the cause for this in the log files (and what logs). I checked a few, but I couldn't find the reason.

Maybe someone can provide some instructions, where I can find the necessary information in the log files.
I am guessing the customer changed something in his email program (desktop, laptop, tablet or phone) which causes to download all messages over and over, right?

I think DirectAdmin is going crazy, as I checked the network incoming and outging traffic since I rebooted the server yesterday and it shows:

Incoming:
Ttl: 25.18 MByte

Outgoing:
Ttl: 40.96 MByte

And according to DirectAdmin the bandwith of IMAP was (since midnight) 32.55 GB (LOL).
 
Sound's also like an attack...I suggest to check more, load / traffic from ssh etc.
 
I assume you have CSF installed, configure CSF to throttle this
