How to get resellers to use all the same IP

Hi all,

I am currently using AWBS with DirectAdmin. We're still in the setup process, and I'm having problems on the DirectAdmin side.

I've added the packages to AWBS, it's not AWBS that is having the problem as it can connect to DA just fine. I believe the problem lies within how I have my Resellers Set Up.

I have three reseller packages - Basic, Preferred, and Deluxe. The only differences are the amount of space each package has.

I want all resellers to share the same IP, so I edit the Reseller Packages and specify the IP's as 0, and then check Share Server IP. Personal DNS' is set to none.

When AWBS tries to set the package up, I get the following error inside the AWBS job queue:

error=1&text=Error Creating User 
thalkbiz&details=You have not given 
the reseller any IP's.  Unable to create 
an assigned IP domain or any 
nameservers without any<br>

If I specify the IPs to 1, it will create that reseller on its own IP address. If I create another reseller, it will create that reseller on another IP address.

How do I get it set up to where all resellers share the same IP address?

If you have an available shared system IP#, then either you're getting the AWBS configuration wrong or it's a bug in AWBS.

Let's hope it's my fault and I don't have AWBS set up properly.

I'll keep looking in the AWBS configuration, however I believe I have everything set up properly.

I sure hope it isn't a bug in the system.
