How to get Security Certs working per domain?

How would I get each domain I use their own certificate? I have created a private_html under one of my domains but when I put things in it and try to navigate I get a 404 not found.

How do I fix this?

Each domain will need its own ip address.

Then you visit:

https://www.domain.com or whatever the ssl domain is setup as.
