How to handle ns3 and domain-registrations/forwards only ?

first of all, I dunno exactly if this is the right area to post this, so feel free to move.

As I'm changing back from having external dns-servers towards using DA's local dns-server(s), I have a few questions.

1. How would I add a ns3 to all new accounts ?
   As in the admin-panel I could only fill in ns1 and ns2 as the servers nameservers.
2. How do you work with domain registrations only ?
   And How do you work with domain forwards only ?
   Do you create a new user account, or do you have one account that contains all such domains.. or how else ?

1. see /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/dns_ns.conf
|NS1|=|DOMAIN|.
|NS2|=|DOMAIN|.
ns3=ns3.xxx.com.
ns4=ns4.xxx.com.

2. DA is an all-in-one hosting software but not for DNS hosting only. You need a custom skin and custom user package (disabling all web/ftp/email/db functions) for it.

The easiest way to do this is to partner with a registrar that offers it under your name.
