How to install Add-on domains?

I'm helping a client set up his websites, but I've never used DirectAdmin.

Anyway, I've looked at his public_html, and I know generally for the first domain registered, the files can be put directly into the public_html.

How do I set up the rest of the addon domains to transfer files into?
