How to install django-import-export on DirectAdmin

Hello,
currently im using DirectAdmin + Centos7 converted to CloudLinux.

I want install django import export. For this I install Phyton on CloudLinux.

Then I fallow to doc:

Installation and configuration — django-import-export 3.0.2.dev0 documentation

But this commands not working for me. How can I correct and install this app ?
