I may be wrong but it should be just a DNS TXT record and it should be set this way: _dmarc TXT "v=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; adkim=s; aspf=s; rua=mailto:YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS!10m; ruf=mailto:YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS!10m; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=8640 Regards 0"

You'd only have to supply a postmaster email address somewhere on the "Administrator Settings" page.
