How to install PHP 4.4.7 instead of 4.4.3 ?

Hi
i want to change my PHP version
I put the tar gz in /usr/local/directadmin/customapache

wget http://files.directadmin.com/services/customap
che/php-4.4.7.tar.gz

What should i do now ?
install php with the build file or uncompress the php tar and make install ??

./build clean
./build update
./build php n
