How to make a "skeleton" system

HI I am using DirectAdmin in a Centoos for the first time and after using it I am woundering how I will set it up so when a domain or subdomain is created, files adn subdirectories form one folder is copied into the public_html folder on the new domain.

Could you please explain it with some example since I am very new to this and only know some Linux.
