How to make backups every 24 hours?

I have a question. When I make a cron in DirectAdmin to backup every 24 hours to a external server I dont know what to use!

I want to make every 24 hours a Backup on 3:00 AM. But what do I need to use?

Is this every 3 AM?

Minute: 0
Hour: 3
Day of Month: *
Month: *
Day of Week: *
