How to make DA displaying characters properly after install language pack ?

I installed Chinese language pack and all files are html,from then on all fonts are messed up in DA panel if without manually specifying character encode utf8 in IE browser everytime when change pages in DA panel.

I have also tried to use emeditor to change characters encode to utf8 of those files before posting them to server,same.

Any Idea ?

Problem has been solved by editting header.html file located in the current skin you use. Thanks ...errr for myself
