how to manage file in root level in directadmin

the file manager only manage the folder under path "Home"

but i want to manage files in the very first level like home... etc.... usr...... in graph UI, how can I?

You don't. These are system directory's, the filemanager gui is not build for that.
Well... there is a way around it, but it's so terribly insecure that I won't tell it.

Login via SSH as root and if you want to have a kind of GUI then install Midnight Commander.
Be aware you can't undo changes (or deletes) you do as root user.

I suggest to use outside software like "Bitvise SSH" for graphic UI filemanager.

Ah indeed. And if you use Windows then WinSCP is also an alternative.
