How to migrate from Plesk to DA

I know there are a tool which helps with the migration from CPanel to DA, I've looked on the forum and I see there is a similar question on 2014, and the post only refers from CPanel to DA.

But is the same for Plesk to DA?
which are the steps for doing it?.

I don't know any Plesk->DA converter, so, Plesk->cPanel->DA might be the best route there
