How to modify a user in Evolution?

I used to use the Enhanced skin, but recently had to switch to Evolution.

I now can't find the Modify User button.

In Enhanced I went to the list of users, clicked a user and there was a button "Edit user" or similar text. There you could toggle the SSH usage etc.

How can I manage users in Evolution? I can not find it anywhere.

(In Enhanced the link was: https://server.name:1234/CMD_MODIFY_USER?user=name)

Please help.

It's still there, you have the big bar above the domains of the user, there you can choose to modify:

https://server.name:2222/reseller/users/username/view/modify

Probably the same as with admin instead of reseller. Here's a screenshot.
