how to move data and all config from /home to new disk

Hi
i have new disk add on my server

my old /home mount from /dev/sda1
and new disk /dev/sdb1 mount to /home1

then i want to move /home to /home1
and i don't want to change name to home1
i mean make /home is new disk

and how to setup quota to new disk
and move all old userquota old disk to new disk
