How to not clean logs every day.

My apache access/error logs for each domain and .php/php-mail.log for each account are cleaned every day at the midnight. I wanna to keep these logs for e.g. 30 days.

Those logs should be getting moved to /home/USER/domains/DOMAIN/logs

I don't remember for how long they are kept and where to set it up, but automatically every night the logs are moved in the proper folder.
