Hello,

Is it possible to install one directadmin license on multiple containers (openvz)?
Is there an howto for installing this?
we are having difficulties with installing on containers.
the hardware node has the main license ip *.*.*.51 and the container *.*.*.54
during install in the container we receive the error that the license isn't for ip *.*.*.54 (off course because it is for *.*.*.51)
do we have to set the ip also in every container to *.*.*.51 to install multiple directadmin vps'es?

we dont have the knowledge about working with venet0:0 but it seems it has something to do with this, am I right?
or is there an other solution? or can anybody simple explain how venet0 needs to be configurered?

regards,

Marco

DirectAdmin requires a separate domain license for each container (node). You may want to contact DirectAdmin Sales for information on VPS pricing.

Each vps needs its own ip and each vps needs its own license.

In fact, you need a license for each container (IP address and server). You shouldn't get licensing for the main node IP because you can't install Directadmin into the main node with OpenVZ. If you want to install Directadmin you should make that in a container.
