Hello,

I'm new in Directadmin. I'm have dedicated server using Centos 5.3 (final) 64 bit, and here is my hardware info:
Intel® Xeon 64-bit Quad Core Harpertown E5420 2.50Ghz 12MB 1333FSB
12GB RAM Supermicro DDR2-667 FB-DIMM ECC
2 x 320 GB Hot-swap SATA (Serial ATA) 3Gbps 7200rpm
And using:
Apache 2.2.13
MySQL 5.0.51a
How do I optimize my.cnf file? I'm read alot of thread in this forum about optimize my.cnf file, but it's not for 64bit and does not same my hardware. So, please help me to make the best my.cnf !

Thanks,
Newbie :(

Perhaps some of the information in the DirectAdmin knowledgebase article will be helpful.

I think with each server specs difference, we are need more method to caculating for all values.

So, is that article best for configuration?
