How to purge/delete all old emails off a VPS?

Hello

I am urgently looking for an easy way to delete all emails older than 60 days off a server. If anybody could point me in the right direction, I'd be very greatful.

There are several user accounts, each with several email users - most have just been collecting email for many months now.

Are you going to tell us how you did it?

I would do it by date, then when done remove all the Dovecot indexes.

I would never delete users emails unless they asked for it, as it's not really legal over here to tamper with mails, but... an easy way would be using something like 'tmpwatch' when using imap.
