how can I reinstall apache and php complete server ?

Full rebuild php , but I did not fix the problem

I want to remove and re-install the php and apache, like the first day

I need to reset the settings php.ini and Apache

my web server is litespeed and php release 5.5 and 5.6

please help me for solved this problem ...

Rebuild httpd and php should be enough.

Maybe would be better explain the problem in order to fix it.

LiteSpeed is my webserver + lsphp
I did not use the httpd
php.ini changes implemented at the site just is not extended
I would reset Full php.ini (all functions and extensions )
please say all commands for reinstall and reset php
