How to remove/disable built-in MariaDB

Hello,

I use an extern databaseserver that I connected with DA, so the built-in MariaDB isn't necessary anymore. Can I somehow disable of remove it?

Hello,

As far as can I see custombuild does not support remove_mysql so on CentOS remove installed rpm packages with yum/rpm on Debian remove packages with apt/apt-get. If you have MariaDB installed from sources then it might be an issue... anyway you can disable MariaDB from starting at boot time...
