How to see/access SYNFlood?

My sites running now for 5 days on a new Linode dedicated server using DirectAdmin and so far they are so slow compare to their old server. I'm trying myself to configure how to get them faster but since I'm not an administrator its so hard for me. Hope you guys can help me

and what difference between old/new servers?
os? php version/mode? webserver apache/nginx/litespeed? hardware? caches?

do you have Pro Pack ? if so, See in Panel CGroup usage Page. tab "task"
if max or equal to 10, then you need to increase "pm.max_children" in php-fpm settings

for basic who' use PHP-FPM, Can check on CGroup Usage page, you can determine from CPU, RAM, Task, Disk IO will be higher than normal.

Yes have pro pack but am completely noob so if you dont mind where is exactly i can find " Panel CGroup usage Page. tab "task" in admin panel? Tried it but cant find CGroup usage.....
