how to set static ip with lan setup ?

Hi,

I run directadmin behind a nat. Therefore i needed to ad the external ip to my ens18.

so when i do /sbin/ifconfig

ens:18 192.168.2.17 (internal)

ens18:0 80.16.xxx.xxx (external)

Now how can i set a static ip without messing up the settings i done to get the external ip included in my ens18?
