I found and followed some directions somewhere on setting up ClamAV & SpamAssassin a long time ago. I know SpamAssassin is working. ClamAV has been happily updating, but I am beginning to wonder if I actually have it setup to DO anything. The clamd daemon is running, but I don't know if it is actually hooked into exim to scan anything or not.
How can I test this? Is there supposed to be a directive in the exim.conf file somewhere to reference clam, or should SpamAssassin be sending the messages to clam? I have the bad feeling that clam isn't ever seeing incoming mail.
