How to start Apache Dovecot Exim ProFTPd

Directadmin services(Apache Dovecot Exim ProFTPd) are stopped, how do I restart these services?

ubuntu 20.0.4 | Cloud VPS Hosting

Then probably things will start working a bit later.
Nowadays the Directadmin panel installs first and fast, all other services will be installed in the background.

So if all is well, all should be running around half an hour later, depending on the speed of the server/vps.

Are all services running now?
