How to stop overusing the space of my resellers

I just want to know how to stop overusing the space of my resellers. I assign 100 GB to one of my reseller. But I just noticed he used over 160 GB . I want to set automatically freezing all accounts when he exceeds 100 GB. Please advise me.

Check your administrator settings and deselect this setting:
Overselling: Allow Resellers to sell More features than they are allowed.

Then check the reseller's packages and deselect the option "allow overselling".
