How to translate / create multilingual DirectAdmin plugins?

I'm kinda stuck, I'm creating a few simple plugins and can't find anything useful about how to translate a DirectAdmin plugin.

Are there any rules I should follow? Any articles/posts in this subject? I tried Google and forum search but without useful results.
