How deep does DirectAdmin install itself on a debian server?

Can I remove every directory and program (mysql/apache) associated with DirectAdmin and still have a somewhat functional OS to proceed installing apache from the package repositories?

Unfortunately re-installing the OS is not an option, hence the question.

You should consider additionaly to find binaries and boot init scripts yourself.

And...

Remember that the DirectAdmin installation procedure does remove some packages, and may also tell apt-get to no longer install them and updates to them.

And to clarify Alex's comments, Many init scripts are modified by DirectAdmin.

In otherwords, likely doable with a bit of trial and error, but unsupported.
