How to update DA license from monthly to lifetime?

Hello,

I bought a monthly DA and now I want to update it to lifetime.
How can I do it?
I already sent request email to [email protected] and [email protected] several times but no answer yet.
Can any one help here?

Well you can try use safesubmit: https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php

Or buy a new one license lifetime and stop pay for the monthly one updating your license into directadmin (on your server i mean) using: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=30

My recollection is that you can't buy a license if you've already got one for the same IP#.

That's true, but he should change the IP of the actual license and than order a new one.

But yep.. this mean that DA Staff need to respond anyway xD
