how to update mysql,php,phpmyadmin to its latest versions?

hi i am using DA since 2011 my current php version 5.2.17 and mysql server is 5.0.67 phpmyadmin is 3.4.3 now i want to update all these how can i do ?

my DA is up to date

in
/usr/local/directadmin/custombuild

i ran these commands but still same php version
./build clean
./build update
./build php n

Open your "options.conf" file and see the settings to change there.

thanks.i am seeing mysql_backup=yes if i update this old my old mysql data will be erased?

uuuuh? No, mysql_backup=yes means that DirectAdmin will create a backup before it will upgrade your MySQL. If everything is normal, MySQL upgrades without loosing any data.
