How to update software like PHP, MySQL, etc... using DA?

Dont think its possible. Use automatic updater which is integrated with your distribution

it doesn't update MySQL, but update PHP:

cd /usr/local/directadmin/customapache/
./build php

you can do just

./build

to see everything it can do

To learn about DAs updating services, search these forums for "customapache" (without the quotes).

To learn about your distribution's automatic update feature, either search your distribution's website, or join a users' group for your distribution.
