.htaccess appears in all folders (including subfolders)

Hello,

All folders (including subfolders) under domain1/public_html and domain2/public_html have .htaccess present

Does anyone know why this would be happening? The webserver is openlitespeed.

The version of directadmin is 1.649.

At the end of the article is a screenshot of the .htaccess content.
