I have openlitespeed on my web server, when a wordpress installation is performed the home page and administrator are perfectly displayed, but navigating in sub pages gives me a 404 error and if I want to publish a post it gives me an error The response is not a valid JSON response wordpress , now I already include this cron https://openlitespeed.org/kb/reload-openlitespeed-automatically-with-directadmin/ but curiously if I install a plugin like cache, or one in wordpress that modifies the .htaccess if reload is done, it should not be like that.
If a client installs wordpress they will never use it if the .htaccess is not modified
