Using the enhanced skin.
Admin disables CGI for reseller.
Reseller creates package which doesn't include CGI.
User always sees "CGI Access" with the box ticked.
It doesn't matter if it says (Ignored if not allowed) next to it, it should never be there in the first place if the admin has disabled it.
And while we're here, usability would be improved if those tick boxes could be made dynamic.
If a user doesn't have the SSL option or if PHP isn't available on his plan, he should not have to see those boxes.
The side benefit of DA querying CMD_API_SHOW_USER_CONFIG internally would be to also offer check boxes for custom variables.
