Nothing to see in the logs, but php is not parsing when visiting the website it seems, or isn't this php?
Did you enable php in the package for this domain?

hmm you right I try php-setting and get

PHP SETTINGS CANNOT BE CONTROLLED UNDER THIS DOMAIN​

Domain 'askme.menplatform.com' is using php-fpm.
Only the default 'menplatform.com' domain is able to control the php settings.

can fix it?

are you using NGinx? Or custom virtual hosts?

Seems somebody else has to fix this for you, I never use subdomains like that so I don't know how to fix.

I use custom virtual hosts WordPress and PrestaShop nice work on sub.domain, may be its script wrong
