HTTP 500 internal server problem

I saw next in the error log, but I don't understand if it would be the cause of the trouble:

[Mon Feb 14 01:15:51 2011] [error] [client 66.249.72.83] File does not exist: /home/pulpkio/domains/pulpkiosk.net/public_html/shippinginfo
[Mon Feb 14 01:22:38 2011] [error] [client 66.249.72.83] File does not exist: /home/pulpkio/domains/pulpkiosk.net/public_html/science-fiction-science-fantasy-c-16_3
[Mon Feb 14 01:28:32 2011] [error] [client 66.249.72.83] File does not exist: /home/pulpkio/domains/pulpkiosk.net/public_html/science-fiction-global-sf-dir-c-27
[Mon Feb 14 01:30:17 2011] [error] [client 66.249.72.83] File does not exist: /home/pulpkio/domains/pulpkiosk.net/public_html/tell_a_friend

Maybe the reason that this appears is that I'm trying to get my feeds into google. It says the files don't exist but I'm certain they DO exist although maybe the name isn't exactly the same.

Please who can help me to get as soon as possible out of this?

Solved as far as I see

The trouble started after I had changed title in the metatags in zen-cart. The domain got back to work as soon I put the old metatag file back. The rest was due to changes I made but it is undone now and now all the links seem to work.
I don't understand why I may not change the title of the metatags. But maybe this is rather a problem to discuss in the zen-cart forum.

Can you write down here, which TAG did you changed?

Possibly Zen Cart checks to make sure it's not modified (for example, by a hacker) and if so won't run.
