http error 500

hello. i got problem with my website. i cant open my website it got http error 500. how can i solve it and were my file manager.

You’ll likely need to check the apache error logs to find the exact error. Do you have root access? If not, what was the last changes made? .htaccess? Plugins?

thanks. i just have username and password. The last change i made is installed Ninja Forms plugin. can you give link to im login for file manager.
